Refunds are available only for specific service fees and administrative charges, as detailed in your client agreement. Refunds are not applicable to insurance premiums or payments made directly to carriers, which are subject to the terms of those providers.
Eligibility for Refunds
Service Dissatisfaction: Clients may request a refund if they are dissatisfied with a service provided by Evergreen Life and Health Agency LLC. Such requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Billing Errors or Unauthorized Charges: If you believe there has been an error in billing or an unauthorized charge, you must notify us within 14 days of the transaction date. Valid claims are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation Requests: Refunds for cancellations depend on the terms outlined in your service agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email or through the contact form on our website. Include your name, service details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documents. Requests will be processed within 10-15 business days.
Refund Limitations
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used. Applicable processing or administrative fees may be deducted. Third-party fees and external payments (e.g., insurance premiums) are excluded from refunds.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available for services deemed complete per agreement terms, missed appointments without notice, or in cases of fraud or misuse of services.
Commitment to Compliance
Evergreen Life and Health Agency LLC strives to maintain a dispute rate below 1% and a refund rate below 5% in compliance with Stripe's processing requirements.
